Adding snow to twigs

Pour out a few drops of wood glue on to the twigs
Sprinkle the artificial snow over the glue to fall naturally
Set the snow covered branches aside so that it can dry completely...
Once dry shake away any snow bits that are not glued onto the twig and you are ready to design.
