I do hope this post makes you smile... brings some of joy, kindness and uplifts our creative spirits on this Christmas day.
“Tis the Day of Christmas … and all through your screen… a Christmas wish, from my heart… to be seen
wrapped with a bark bow, this carefully made treasure (although yes, true, the candle is faux) if absolute truth is the measure
With its candle alight there in its own window-glass-bowl, reflecting the warmest flickering bright, handcrafted for “y’owl”… this welcoming Christmas Day sight.
Lemon cypress needs only the slightest of crush for uplifting fragrant cheer, a lush gummy resin scent to remember, for just the right Christmassy atmosphere.
Kalanchoe flowers sitting pretty and baubles all itty bitty
Dancing and prancing and snow flakiness tumbling from above, a design filled with hope and kindness and yes, also love.
May you be oh so inspired (and not the least bit tired) a right jolly bold floral elf, I know I am doing my part to be one myself.
So if you needed something extra to smile about today… I hope you found one here to take away
… as you came for a quick look at this week’s design on my My Creative Workbook… and from me and my floral craft website… Merry Christmas to all, and to all much light!
Every good wish for a Merry Christmas, Flower buddies. Have a fun and flower filled day.
Design note: Of course it was in 1822, Clement Clarke Moore wrote the lines of the classic Christmas poem, “An Account of a Visit from St. Nicholas,” which begins with the immortal lines: “Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the house, Not a creature was stirring, not even a mouse.” that inspired this week's Christmas wishes.
