Place a few blades of grass in a horizontal position on a flat working surface

Start to weave blades of grass
I used a simple over and under pattern
Adjust the weave to secure with the blunt side of a cuticle pusher
Extend the stems to the side with a wide angle
Cut the stems to the same length
Gather the stem ends in your hand
Carefully lift the woven grass as a unit
And set the stems in vases filled with water
Adjust the weave to secure with the blunt side of a cuticle pusher
Glue in tiny drinking straw test tubes to keep the orchids hydrated
