I do believe rain on a summer afternoon,
really should have a name all of its own.
Where rain in winter is just wet and grey and never quite as magical as snow,
rain on a summer afternoon is refreshing and invigorating and inspirational.
I do believe “Perfect” would be a really good name for rain on a hot summer afternoon.
"Singin' In the Rain" is a song performed by Gene Kelly in the 1952 film Singin’ in the Rain. The lyrics was written by Arthur Freed and the music by Nacio Herb Brown and it was published in 1929.
