Place the wire to run parallel to the willow tip
Wrap the wire up to the tip and fold it back down
Wrap the wire back down and around the begin point of the wire to secure
Add another stem and continue to wrap
Work your way down the garland adding stems
Tuck the end of each willow tip back into the garland and continue to wrap it with wire
Continue adding stems. Add a single stem where the twigs are thicker and three stems at once where it is thinner to create a neat garland.
