I used Anthurium leaves and rolled them in a similar way as what they open as the plant grow

Roll the leaf from one side to the other.

Fold the leaf over.

Secure the tube by tying the leaf

Tie the leaf again...

and a third time.

Cut the line short or let it dangle

Stack the leaves, stem pointing up, in a shallow container and insert the floral details into the tubes or...

Place the stems in water for visual interest
