Harvesting cyclamen flowers and foliage

Firmly tuck the Cyclamen flower or leaf from the plant.

Gently tuck the Cyclamen flower or leaf from the plant. Just by pulling the stalk upwards the entire stem will snap off and pull out easily

The Cyclamen stem will break clean without damaging the tuber.

and cleanly without damaging any of the other healthy leaves or flowers and without disturbing or hurting the tuber. You now have a nice long stem to design with.

This is also the best way to maintain the plant and to remove any damaged or dead leaves or spend flowers
