I love the sound of these twigs dangling in the wind. It sounds like running water!
Cut a hand full of twigs.
Wrap the wire around the twig a few times
Twist the wire a few times to secure
Move down the wire and wrap and twist another twig
Continue adding twigs to make a long dangling garland
