Gently smooth the pine needle between the pads of you fingers. This breaks down the structure of the needle making it curve rather than bend at a sharp angle
See the Tutorial below for more information about manipulating twigs to make the bend rather than break
Wrap the needle around a dowel to create a perfect circle. Secure with a tiny drop of floral glue
Remove the pine circles carefully from the dowel
Finish making all the circles you will need before assembling the baubles
Slip one circle into another
And a third circle over the first two
Build up the bauble shape by slipping in circles
