Twig Chain Garlands

You can knot any pliable stem or twig into chains. For my design I used cherry stems.
Bend the stem using the pad of your thumb as support
Hook the two ends to secure.
Slip a second stem through the knot...
... and tie to secure
Tie another stem
To create a long chain like garland.
Set the garland aside to dry out and permanently lock the knots in place
The chain garland is now ready to design with.
