Stitch or glue a thin ribbon over the exposed wires to neatly finish the design

Make sure no sharp wires protrude. Either cut the wire ends short and bend the wires back into the design, away from the wearer's head, or better yet, stitch or glue a thin ribbon over the exposed wires to neatly finish the design.
