Curl Allium stems while conditioning

Give each stem a fresh cut. Gather the stems in sets of 2 or 3 and twist or plait loosely. Set in deep water to condition thoroughly for at least two hours but preferably over night. Loosen the stem plait and design. Remember, just like tulips these stems will continue to curl and twirl depending on the light source in the room
