Knotted and tangled wire heart

Gather some wire...

Crumple and scrunch up the wire,

... first into a ball...

....and then flatten that and...

... and pull it into a heart shape

Wiggle open a few holes and thread a pretty stick through the wire.

Place the stick and wire heart in a container or vase

Place the Agapanthus florets in tiny drinking straw test tubes (see below for Tutorial) and arrange on the heart.
Add a few spiral wire tendrils to curl over and around the flowers (see below for Tutorial)
