This is a traditional Palm Sunday or Easter craft:
Traditionally crosses are made from palm but you can also use grass as I did here
Loop the blade of grass. Do not fold flat
Make another loop at the bottom
Fold the blade of grass at a sharp angle to the side.
Loop the grass to the back. Keep the fold secure with your thumb
Loop the grass around the back and to the front
Cross the grass over the front to the back
Around the top loop and back over to the front
Cross the grass over the front
Under the loop and to the back. Turn the cross around.
Cross the blade of grass and fold it back over the loop on the other side
Cut the left over blade of grass short if needed
And tuck it into the cross to secure
Foliage cross
