In the Summer Time Floral Art Demonstration

The concept was for all the demonstrators to combine the best of summer into one fun design.

My container was a small barbecue roaster. I set a shallow container filled with water into the rounded roaster. I glued charcoal balls into a dome shape which fit snugly over the water container to serve as a flower frog to keep my plant material in place. For my plant material I used all the ingredients you will need to make rose petal ice-cream with- including egg white and sugar (I used it to frost the tips of the petals of the roses) and I sprinkled powdered cream to lightly dust the charcoal.
