Place a plate under your Hot glue gun to catch drips when you work. You can use these drops of dried glue later in designs.
Soak the drip plate that you use to catch drops of hot glue in a deep tub of cold water. Carefully peel the glue from the glaze. Clean the glue by clipping any imperfections out with a Nail clipper. Fill in the gaps with glue to form a perfect mat.
