Party Balloon water source for flowers

Roll a party balloon and fill with water for a flexible water source.

Blow up the balloon and deflate (this makes it easier to fill the balloon with water). Roll the lip of the balloon to create a shorter opening at the top. Pour some water into the balloon.

Pour a bit of water in the balloon, insert the flowers and hang.

Insert the flowers into the balloon and hang. The rolled lip creates a nice catch for the balloon to hang from.
