I used a wooden skewer to paint dark chocolate on the white Toblerone triangle to create the eyes and mouth of each ghost.

Then I used white chocolate to make the ghostly arms and outstretched fingers and teeth. Lastly, I made a white chocolate swirl at the bottom and top of each ghost triangle to make them look as if they are floating on the cakes.
