On my online workbook this week: Hop on… it’s Easter!

Dear

This week's inspiration is looking forward to something new this Spring.

My tip for you this week is to give the basket a handcrafted look.

Because we are so used to seeing mass produced… everything… it is easy to overlook something that is too perfectly crafted. So my tip is to resist the temptation to be too perfect. Allowing just a few “flaws” to lead your eyes to something of importance creates a beautiful way for you to not only say “yes, I made this” but also “look at these gorgeous (almost) chocolate anthuriums!”

To do this tuck most of the cut ends back into the basket weave and allow the pointy ends to extend. The design should look neat and skillfully made. Then allow a few strategically placed cut ends to extend to make it obviously handcrafted.

Enjoy!

Every good wish and have a fun Easter,

Christine

ps: Workshop update: we have discovered a glitch on the software side of the bonus E-Book and I am actually quite excited about it. It has given us the opportunity to create something even better for you. But there is a slight delay while we recreate it.

I will keep you updated and we hope to resume registration as soon as possible.
