On my online workbook this week: here… from … my little corner… of the world wide web

Dear

This week's inspiration is ... well... hi, how are you?

For me making something without sharing it with you, my flower buddies, makes the design a little bit duller. The spark fizzels out without you. My test is: how excited am I to show you this, this Wednesday morning? Very! Is the only right answer.

A tip about maintaining the design this week: the orchids last longer if they are not completely submerged underwater. The jasmine vine supports the flowers neatly above the surface. But as the vine continues to grow it can shift a tiny bit out from under the orchid. The secret is to catch this tiny shift quickly enough to save the flower. Placing the dew drop crystals on the orchids is actually not just decorative; it is also an at a glance way to check that your orchids are still suspended above the water. If the dew drop crystals are still attached to the flower petals it is placed correctly. If the tiny crystal is floating it means the flower needs to be lifted slightly.

Enjoy!

Every good wish,

Christine
