On my online workbook this week: Because Why

Dear

This week's inspiration is saying: I didn't find it, I made it.

My tip for you this week is to look carefully at the flower buds. They have a convenient “nestling” side to them. It is more obvious on the more open buds and when you lean one against the other they simply slot in together like roof tiles. The tighter buds are harder to place but once you have inspected the more opened buds it is easier to recognize how they fit together simply by comparing the buds. By using this natural way to place the buds you can angle them exactly where you want them with no risk of them slipping and the design becomes remarkably stable.

Huge thank you to everyone who entered the book giveaway. I will be sending out emails to notify the three winners later today and will pin all your comments on my notice board so that we are inspired (and focussed) while working on the new look of the site. Again… thank you.

Enjoy!

Every good wish,

Christine
