On my online workbook this week: It’s a sugar rush!

Dear

This week's inspiration is to allow for nature to twist and bend as nature twists and bends. Perfectly imperfect. The charm of this design is in that awkward bend in the wreath. It says: I made this myself, with great love. Probably the hardest lesson to learn as a floral designer is to allow nature to design with you. Probably the greatest gift received as a floral designer is that you don’t have to design this on your own. Let nature help.

Enjoy!

Every good wish,

Christine

ps: a bonus tip for you this week: in an overgrown design like this week's wreath, cut your flower stems just slightly too long (see the design inspiration image above) too perfect a stem makes them look over styled. Follow the overgrown theme with all the design details for a contemporary look.
