On my online workbook this week: DIY a Could Be
Dear
This week’s inspiration is watching in awe as the tiny critters return to my balcony garden.
My design note for you is a staple in our floral pantry: frosted glass chips.
They are wonderful for concealing any mechanic. When dry they are a milky white making it easy to position but the moment they are under water they disappear from view… along with whatever you are trying to conceal. This is real design magic! The frosted glass will not distract or attract attention; they simply slip into any gaps and spaces and then settle in to weigh down (just enough) and conceal.
Best of all you only ever need one bag of glass chips. Simply wash the chips with dish soap (scrub with a small brush if you need to) and you can use them again and again and again.
Enjoy!
Every good wish,
Christine
