On my online workbook this week: Cross-hatch a Shadow Bright Autumn

Dear

This week's inspiration is around and about this time. And your newsletter tip for this week is also about going around.

When you look at the design pay special attention at how I placed the flowers and the twigs (especially the twigs that "break the pattern") to lead your eye around and around the design rather than out of the design. I even placed some flowers at the end points of longer twigs that subtly bring your eye back into the design. I am a firm believer that nothing in a design should look like it is desperately trying to escape and this is one way to achieve that.

Enjoy!

Every good wish,

Christine
