On my online workbook this week: It’s leaps of faith, grasshoppers
Dear
This week's inspiration is a steady progress... Flower buddies I have been working For... Ev... Er on a new look for my website. My number one question is always... are you writing another book...? oh! it is way more exciting than just that! But more about this, this Autumn.
My tip for you this week is to protect the glass from being scratched by the rock with the tiniest line or drop of hot glue on the rock or the glass… just there where the rock leans on the glass.
The glue will remain in place under the water between the glass and the rock as long as you need it for the design creating a scratch proof and shock buffer that will also prevent the vase from breaking. See the pictures above. And then when you lift the rock out for cleaning the glue will simply peel away. Scoop up the hot glue and let it dry and then melt it down to use again in your hot glue pan.
Enjoy!
Every good wish,
Christine
