On Wednesday 23 October 2013 the Van Gogh Museum, Museum Square in Amsterdam, Holland and Shell presented a floral installation using ten thousand sunflowers and gerberas to create a portrait of Vincent Van Gogh. It took just over 30 designers three days, working non stop, to complete the project.
