This week's inspiration is what I had leftover.

We speak Flower. Everything we add to a design should count towards our message. Even the way we add it.

My tip for you this week is about placing the jasmine vines. They are your anchor and pull everything together. Now vines have a mind of their own and it can be a challenge to position them just so- my trick is to first place a guiding vine that is secured at both ends (see the picture above) to create a high arch so that all the other vines can loosely drape over this to the exact place you want them. Most times all it needs is a single leaf to hook around this arch so that you don’t even pick up the it needs some support. Carefully drape the vines to hug the entire design so that your eyes move around and around and around.

It adds to the overall warm and fuzzy feeling of the cute caterpillar design. In a way it is actually the vine hug that gives you the fuzzy “awww… cute” feeling.
